Frequently Asked Questions

If you have purchased the right size, there's no reason why your Medicovi insoles shouldn't provide several years of loyal foot support. However, it depends on how and how often you use them. The manufacturer has set a minimum lifespan of 8 months for the water capsule. Since Medicovi orthopedic insoles are a consumable material that wears out, we recommend replacing the insoles with new ones every six months.

Medicovi orthopedic insoles work on the exact opposite principle of traditional insoles with raised arches. The latter function as an orthotic, fixing the foot in an unnatural position, causing muscles and tendons in the foot to lose flexibility and elasticity, leading to their damage and subsequent pain. Our feet are genetically adapted to walking barefoot on hard and uneven surfaces (stones, sand, ...), where foot muscles and tendons are evenly exercised. Thanks to patented water wave therapy, Medicovi orthopedic insoles evenly exercise these muscles and tendons.

If your foot size is between shoe sizes, we recommend purchasing the smaller size of insoles.

Orthopedic insoles are made in double sizes. There's a line on the bottom side that can be used to shorten the orthopedic insoles, but the water part should not extend under the toes.

It's important that the orthopedic insoles match the size of the foot and not the shoe size. Feet are generally shorter than shoe length, so in most cases, it's not necessary to buy larger shoes.

The weight limit for Medicovi Front, Twin Heels, and H20 orthopedic insoles is 80 kg. Orthopedic insoles Medicovi T40, A40, SPORT 100, and T45 are 110kg.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your insoles. Hence, we will provide a full refund if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you bought the wrong size or do not see an improvement in your symptoms, we will honor this guarantee if you return the insoles within 30 days of purchase.

We recommend cleaning the orthopedic insoles in warm soapy water with a sponge/brush.

Yes, the combination of water-filled, extra soft insole and our orthopedic design can provide better support and balance for flat feet. Over time, you should expect a significant reduction in the level of pain.

Orthopedic insoles provide the same level of relief, and their design is almost identical. Additionally, Medicovi A40 orthopedic insoles have an antistatic surface finish (ESD), which is required in some operations.

Example of foot measurement

Before ordering, we recommend measuring your foot from heel to toe, and then comparing the measured value in centimeters to the size chart available on the page for each type of insole.

Medicovi orthopedic insoles are a functional product that actively works with the muscles and tendons of the feet, so the size of the insoles must directly correspond to the size of the foot and not the size and numbering of the footwear.

Measuring your feet is easy. Simply place a piece of paper, larger than your feet, on a flat surface near a wall. It is recommended to wear socks. Now, take a pen or pencil and place your foot on the paper, pressing the heel against the wall. Make sure the paper stays in place and touches the wall (you can also tape the paper to the floor). Mark the paper at the top of the longest toe of your foot. Use a ruler to measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where you had your heel) to your mark. The size guide is available on this page.
