Sensory water wave therapy

Every time the body's point of gravity makes a slight change, a chain of lightening fast hydraulic pressure waves are formed in the water filled pressure wave massage sole. Through the soft EVA sole the hydraulic pressure waves are transformed into pressure distributing pressure cushion waves, which perform a gentle but strong massage of the sole of the foot.

Through the pressure distributing pressure cushion waves the large pressure as well as the time this large pressure is loading the individual skin areas is reduced. In this way the individual skin areas on the sole of the foot are strained and relieved much more frequently, restricting the blood supply and the energy supply to the cells during the straining phase for only a short period of time. For diabetics it is particularly the long-term loading, i.e. the pressure and the time the pressure influences the individual skin areas, which is so damaging for the sole of the foot.

Because the water wave therapy's gentle massage of the sole of the foot takes place with the full weight of the body resting on the sole, the therapy increases physical movements of the sole of the foot significantly. This physical movement increases blood circulation in the sole and simultaneously helps the cells to absorb additional glucose (energy) through the enzyme AMPK, without using insulin.

By utilizing the water wave therapy, strengthening of the supporting cells as well as an increased energy supply to the supporting skin layers in the sole of the foot is achieved. This protects as well as strengthens the sole of the foot.
